Be self-employed in the pool and spa service and repair business and derive more than 50% of your income from it.
Attend as a pros pective member three consecutive meetings of the chapter you seek to join (the one in the closest proximity to your route).
Agree to and participate in sick route coverage pursuant to your chapter's Standing Rules.
Maintain liability insurance. IPSSA members may obtain group liability insurance through an IPSSA-affliated company.
Pass IPSSA Water Chemistry Certification Examination.
Meet any additional requirements as may be required by IPSSA Inc. or your chapter.
All IPSSA members are encouraged to maintain current business and professional licenses required in their geographic locations.

1. $150.00 payable to San Fernando Metro IPSSA (non-refundable application fee)
2. $170.00 payable to IPSSA Management (two months dues $160.00 plus $10.00 new member package fee).
